Pigeon with Bread Necklace Ornament

Celebrate one of New York City's funniest urban legends with our handmade Pigeon with Bread Necklace Ornament, a whimsical felt keepsake inspired by the city's famously resourceful feathered residents.

Only in New York could a pigeon turn a slice of bread into high fashion. Our Pigeon with Bread Necklace Ornament celebrates the city's most charismatic bird, proudly strutting around with a perfectly fitted piece of toast worn like a necklace—a hilarious sight that has become an internet favorite and a symbol of everyday NYC charm.

With soft blue-gray feathers, emerald green wings, rosy plum accents, and a tiny felt "bread necklace," this delightful pigeon captures the quirky personality of the birds that perch on fire escapes, stroll through city parks, and confidently claim the sidewalks as their own. Equal parts fashionable and funny, it's a playful tribute to the unforgettable moments that make New York unlike anywhere else.

Lovingly handmade using natural wool felt and traditional wet-felting techniques, each ornament is crafted entirely by hand, making every pigeon uniquely special. Hang it on your Christmas tree, display it on a shelf, or surprise your favorite New Yorker with a gift that's guaranteed to spark laughter and conversation.

Whether you're commemorating an unforgettable trip to the Big Apple or simply appreciate the city's wonderfully weird sense of humor, this little pigeon is ready to bring a smile wherever it lands.
