Pigeon Taxi Ornament

Celebrate New York City with our handmade Pigeon Taxi Ornament, a whimsical felt yellow cab driven by one of NYC’s most charismatic residents—a city pigeon.

Only in New York would a pigeon hail a taxi—or better yet, drive one.

Our Pigeon Taxi Ornament puts a playful spin on two quintessential NYC icons: the classic yellow cab and the ever-present city pigeon. Peek through the window and you'll find our feathered New Yorker behind the wheel, ready to navigate the bustling streets of the Big Apple.

Bright yellow felt, embroidered NYC lettering, a classic rooftop TAXI sign, and the tiny pigeon driver give this ornament plenty of personality without losing the nostalgic charm of a New York cab. It's a funny little tribute to the unexpected characters and everyday moments that make exploring the city so memorable.

Lovingly handmade by women artisans in Kyrgyzstan using sustainably sourced natural wool felt and traditional wet-felting techniques, each ornament is individually crafted by hand, making every taxi—and every pigeon—delightfully unique.

A perfect keepsake from a New York adventure and an especially fun gift for city lovers, travelers, pigeon fans, and anyone who appreciates a little NYC humor. Hang it on the Christmas tree, add it to a travel-themed collection, or display it year-round as a reminder that in New York, you never quite know who's going to show up behind the wheel.
